Monarch Formals provides attire to anyone attending a formal event accepting donations only.\n**All items are property of Monarch Formals. Students will be required to sign a contract and agree to return items after prom. A monetary donation is required at the time of service\, cash\, Venmo\, or PayPal only.\nMonarch Formals has dresses and tuxes.\nAPPOINTMENTS ARE LIMITED!!!!\nTo make an appointmentUse the QR Code on the flyer\, or this link.https://calendly.com/monarchformals/prom-extravaganza-2024\nResponding to this event is NOT confirmation of an appointment. You must book your appointment.\nPlease choose the date and time for your appointment. Once you are confirmed you will receive a notification.\nEach appointment is for ONE person. If you are coming with a friend\, your friend will need to schedule their own appointment for the next slot. You may come together; however\, each student needs their own appointment time.\nA kind reminder\, these appointments are ONLY for High School students attending Prom.
